Kind've an Award System

So the short downtime today resulted in sort of an award system to be implemented - the mods that I found that could do awards didn't do them all too well, so I stuck with the one I thought was best. It shows awards on the side profile, but that's it - it's not the most powerful thing, but it's better than nothing.

If people think it's worth it, I'll work on extending the system myself to include larger, profile-based award images and descriptions, but this seems good enough for now.

As promised, I'll be starting the Sprite-Off very soon (The writeup is coming right after I finish typing this, actually ). The Complete Resources is still be worked on; I haven't been able to do too much in this due to the fact that I'm spending most of my time trying to figure out where I'm going to live in the coming weeks, but rest assured, it WILL get done eventually, as everything does.

Are the awards a mod-only option, or could we create our own to distribute?

For now, only admins can actually give awards, but maybe in the future we could work something out. We want awards to be an exclusive thing that not everyone has, otherwise they lose their coolness.

ALSO: I know I didnt do one for July. Im planning a bif hubbub for August's. Multiple Features, Including the Chaingame, a sweet non charas but still rpgmaker jewel, and another TBA

Only 50 or so people should be able to make their own awards, like the very special charas people. And they can only make 1 award and give it to only so many people which will limit the amount of awards that people will get... Just a thought

Its not ranks though. Theyre just little 16x16 icons that go into your profile sidebar. Like BLuhmans.
You would get them for winning contests and such. At this point there isnt much of a threat of pointless sensless awards being handed out. Because the only Staff that can give them out, are the staff that osmose decides to give that authority to

Yeah, all Staffs would be good. When I said pointless, senseless ranks, I meant like if any members could give them. I also meant awards, not rank. My bad on this.
