Questions about battle characters

Ok, so i've been looking at the resources and i cant seem to find any resources for making a battle character with the battle character program provided here from scratch. What i mean is that i cant find resources for just clothes or just faces (not for the sprites, for the battle characters)  just seperate things to create one character, you know? Anyone know where i can get those?


Second Question

Ive seen other peoples battle character creations that are not FF5 based sprites but anime-looking sprites, like a full body and high detail. Is there a certain program to make battle characters like that?

im not the best at explaining things so if anything i just said is hard to understand please tell me and dont just guess with your answer.

Just open up paint and draw it. It's pretty simple.

Open an existing battlechar in paint to see how they work.

i suck at drawing
especially on paint
