You are really good at doing eyes that you can't help but stare into

The creases on the sleeves kind of just... repeat.  It looks very lazy.  Facial proportions are good enough, though for having a beard that big his face is very undeveloped, almost child-like, if you want to stretch it a bit.  The way the hair just suddenly stops looks unnatural.  The background is probably the best part, being entirely honest.

Not terrible, but in dire need of some love in a few select spots..

The sleeves make a bit of sense, cause shirts do do that, but on the face of his shirt, it's just unneeded

I actually think the "undeveloped" face fits a certain style. Your work shows a lot of promise. This picture shows better proportion than your previous work. It's not perfect, but keep at it and you'll only get better.
