Ah, I got to the thread alright (Drak linked me to this via PM on Youtube).

Anyways, I decided to possibly join in on the fun of the game reviews after viewing a few of Drak's videos. I have one in store that I'm thinking about posting up for a review (however I'm still deciding on it. Alright, after some long tought and a bit of patients, I've decided to make some steady revisions to the original crappy game I was going to use for this. I used some of the Facesets X_marks_the_ed linked and added a few things. What do we get from all this? Low and behold the awkward game known as "Epic Quest 64." Why 64? It's a play on Nintendo's stupid gimmick of putting "64" at the end of almost every N64 Game they did.

Keep in mind this is kind of my first try at this. Don't be fooled by how "nice" everything looks in the game too. It's overall stupid, but I tried to add a lot of funny bits in there.

What the game has in it:
- Two "main" characters
- Cameo by two certain characters from two of Drak's videos (one of which I just consider a character, even if it's just an object. Whoops, spoilers >>)
- Specific item that instant kills enemies, just for laughes. It costs money though.
- No0bish enemies
- "Epic" Pre-Final Battle Sequence....Okay, not really. But I do consider it to be one of the funniest parts.

What the game doesn't have but I would have liked to put in anyways:
- Common Sense (Okay, not really >>)
- Weegee
- More Memes
- Spaghetti

Shinryu I played your game and it didn't spark any laughs, except when I totally MURDERED the final two bosses by using that "F**k it" item. It's crappy in THAT sense, however.

That's basically what the item is supposed to do; Be a cheap piece of garbage that practically wins the game for you if needed.

Here's my game.
here is some advice for how to get through the counterintuitive parts. 
1:  Go to level 99 by beating the Goblin Horde(a random encounter)
this can only be done with the item "potato chip"  this item is droped
by individual goblins.  You have to be leveled up to beat the first boss,
or els all your attacks will miss.
2:  When fighting the final boss, here's how to kill him
first phase:  just slap him.
cait sith lord:  fight him like any other cait sith lord.
cat with long sword:  use a potato chip
six winged angel:  use omnislap(cheetahman skill) or hadouken(siamese cat skill)
titan:  use potato chip.  it may take several chips to kill him
giant devil thing:  use the instruction book.
3:  when entering the "hotell"(temple) go one tile south of it, walk
to one tile south of it, then walk in.  anything else is an instant death
trap.
4:  most enemies are succeptable to one hit kills, and so are most classes.
Before playing this game, I suggest you also play(or watch someone else
play:)  Sybon Action, Hotell Mario and Ring:  Terror's Realm
good luck on this game...


Also, two more things.  One:  go south at the begining for most coherent game
Two:  after beating the final boss, walk up to the throne
Three:  go to the ending in your review. please.
Four:  upload the game to some other site that will allow infinite downloads, and a download link to it.  I want this game to be accessable.

Seems people are demanding things from me lately. I will do whatever I want with the video and if your game is not a total headache I might get to the end.  There is so many people begging for reviews I can't take special time for one game such as watching some other game be played before playing yours.  I have told people this until I am blue in the face.. Don't make these games for crappy review so detailed.  I will put you on the list Moongoboo but no promises or special treatment to anything.  This is my time I'm taking to review your game and what I choose to do with your game is final.


I don't mean to be anal about this but without these rules I would have everybody trying to walk on me and that **** will not happen as long as I am doing these.  Just enjoy the fact I will take time out of my day to review a shitty game in the first place.
