Chinese Newyears!

I'm not sure how the date system works exactly, but there is a big festival today here on campus, so I assume that it's newyears, year of the OX.

As the resident chink I should... probably be able to tell you if you were right or not.

Ahh, the ox. You diet, you train yourself to physical perfection, you stay off the drugs (Even when it would have been easy to cave) and what happens? The big day rolls around and some disease-spreading, crop-eating, thorn in the collective sides of all human beings decides he can cheat, quite literally, off your back. And no-one says sh*t.

Silly Chinamen! The new year started a month ago for the rest of the world! They're so behind the times!

Year of the Ox?

Um...okay...I guess I better hold off on the beef today, at least. Happy Cow-day, all! That said...when's the year of the Snake?

They need to learn to count! By God, I've never thought that, with all those math stereotypes, any chinos may have trouble counting!
