But seriously, it's not. Buying and selling used games is completely legal. And besides, if you hadn't said anything about it here, no one else would know... and that makes it not illegal

illegal, it'd be the "burning a CD for a friend" kind of illegal.
Meaning, it would be ridiculous, and you'd do it anyway.

the law is if you make a copy of any game or DVD or music CD
where you making money this is illegal as they have a copy law
but if you make a copy for your self or for some one you know and not asking for any money its OK to do it that way as long as you have the real one you can only make a back up copy as long as you know some one you know that has that game and can let a police men see the real game they can not do any thing if you let them see the real game as you can say i made a back up copy as i don't what to play the real one as i may not get the game any more as some times you can not get your hands on the game in any game shop or online as they stop making that game and so on as some of you know i do CD fairs i copy music but the thing is who i work for is a wife of a police men and he was say as long as you don't ask for money for the copy of this game it be OK
one way around this make a copy of the real game then sell the real game
that way the law can not do anything to you

selling a real game is ok but a copy game is not
