Please tell me how I can make a character for use in a charset

Alright, what exactly do you mean "Make a character"?
With the charas generator, you just click on the link on the main page.

All you do is go to charecterset generator from the main page. you can pick from different sizes of the body and different accecories and stuff. you can also rip or make stuff on your own and post it on here.

Yeah, why don't you just make one topic called "Sk8terman's gallery of questions."

You'll have to save it as a bitmap, though. If you save as a .png, it will save as .php or as a "file", which are unuseable.
