To multiply by nines, do this neat trick

Subtract one from your number, that's the 10 numeral

Subtract the number from 10, that's the 1 numeral

Examples:
9*6=54

6-1=5
10-6=4

9*9=81

9-1=8
10-9=1

Voila

Also, I don't know if this works for over 10...not sure

But the pattern has always helped me...so yeah

Reheat pizza by turning on the stove to med (or lower, I can't remember), and heating it in a non-stick pan
It gets it hot, but doesn't sog it all up like in the microwave
