Because I suck at coloring.
Even if I didn't suck at coloring i'm trying to Balance "Work at the hospital/Studying for School/Performing every other night." at once plus making this game, drawing scenes for the game is putting me behind on making the game go forward since the the intro alone there is 8 pics, and then 9 more 10 minutes after the intro.

If I could color it would slow the process way too much.

well, I think it might actually work better uncolored.
they have this sort of raw emotive feel to them. I can definitely see the story being told through these pictures.

"performance"? hmm, performance of what might that be?

I'm the lead guitarist in my band and we have 3-4 gigs a week.

Really nice. One thing I noticed, though, is that you seem to have more skill drawing faces and hair (in all your pictures these are really well done). While your bodies aren't bad, there could be some improvement. I think your anatomy would improve a lot if you drew your figures naked first (yep...this weirdo advice again), and then draw the clothes on top, bearing in mind that the clothes sit on top of the body and don't make up the body. Right now, the bodies are coming off a little flat, and in your last un-coloured image, the character's trousers don't seem to have any weight to them. If you look at the waist, groin area, and upper thigh, it almost seems as if the trousers are smaller than the character's body should be.

Overall, though, your art is very nice.

You look like my grandmother.
edit: when she was young. You don't look like you're 80.

Last night I had a dream that Zerlina and I were pirates. It was... beautiful.

Thanks for the adivce I have always been better at closeups face shots than full body.

I usually draw the character body out not naked but simpler and add the clothes as I go along.

I'll try your advice thanks.

To improve your body-drawing skills, there's a program called Poser that you can probably find for free and it lets you put 3D-rendered bodies in various poses. Might give it a whirl if you need something to use as a reference.
