If you haven't guessed by now, I'm back

Hello to all who remember me.

If you all will turn back the clocks, I left last time because a comic was made to insult me and my highly critical behavior. Well, in the time I've been gone, I've learned a great deal about myself and have improved in areas such as story telling and spriting.

I've got a girlfriend now, too, so she's helped me calm down a good deal. We're actually coming up on out anniversary pretty soon.

I'm also still very critical, but now I'm more secure in it, where as next time a comic is made of me giving the artist critique for the bad drawings, odds are I'll probably agree with the comic version of me ^_^

But I'm not without understanding. If it's someone's first game, they're generally trying and accepting peoples critique, then I can be understanding. trymaker is not doing that, so I'm being very cynical and critical. I'm currently working on a game similar to Golden Sun, as it has to do with different characters having different elements and some other little things in the battle system I'm looking forward to trying out.

He shouldn't have to. It's a quote, and is a quote is censored, then that's just highlighting what's wrong with the offending word. Also, if your girlfriend was an intelligent person, she wouldn't give two shits if some random yahoo on the internet (of all places) used a slur in any way. Hell, she wouldn't care if some random yahoo used it in real life (and particularly if they weren't using it to refer to her), so mind that gap, please.

And I find it offensive because it's a racial slur meant to speak ill of black people. And while it may be freedom of speech, it's also been said that freedom of speech is not applicable when speech is found offensive to someone for one reason or another.
