Hmm. I almost made a lame-ass joke about them after saying "WWF", but I figured it was dumb.

I'm not sure if you actually can sue over similar abbreviations. Either way, any judge with a good brain in his/her head would throw that suit out the window. Unfortunately, this is the US legal system...

I think it was drawn out over years and years too. I remember hearing about it when I was a kid...while I was one of the little warriors, in warrior land. I believe there was a settlement, and Old VInce decided to just change the name into something similar.

Meh I think whoever made them is smart because the graphics aren't intensive or anything and millions of kids wanna put monsters in balls ... But really I don't know why it appeals to me I guess I like to evolve stuff.... I dunno ..
