No offense, but yeah, don't post everything. Look, even the best artists draw stuff they don't want people to see. I only post maybe 1 in 20 of the things I draw.
Hell, I've hated everything I've drawn in a while.

I think It'd be beneficial if you looked at differnt things that showed you how to draw anotomy. It will take a long time to improve but if your willing, you can do it.
Yeah, I've actually cracked open my 'Complete Book of Drawing Manga'. Hopefully, this'll cause an improvement...

You think I've been posting everything? You don't wanna see the stuff that I haven't posted!

Quite frankly, the heads need a lot of work. They look nothing like what a head should look like. There are plenty of drawing guides out there to help you get things sorted out.

I think part of the issue is we're used to seeing the work of people with more experience on this forum. Which isn't to say you shouldn't post, but just expect a lot of criticism, because even people who practice constantly and are pretty "far along" artistically get criticism (like Lucas).

The advice here isn't bad...Your figures are pretty lanky. I had the opposite problem of drawing people too short for the longest time. I also had an embarrassing period where I drew everyone, even women, with football-shoulders. And this was like a year ago. Point is, proportions are freaking tough and annoying to get right. But just take criticism in stride (while also taking it seriously), and keep trying.

I've been looking at my artwork... My pencil and paper stuff is much better than the stuff I've drawn on the tablet. I think I'll start working towards my strengths and stick to traditional art as opposed to digital. I might colour them digitally though... Which means I'll have to work on my shading...

Same here.
My dad's tablet-pc, while fun to work with, just doesn't feel as right as a pencil.

I'm not even going to pretend I can even begin to shade though.
Or color.

Basically I fail at anything that isn't A) Schematic or B) Wild doodle.

I'm somewhat a spriter and I do draw with pencil and paper. I may be getting a tablet, but I'm sure it'll feel quite a bit different.

Tablets are hard to use just to draw digitally. I like to scan first.

That is probably how I'm going to use a tablet, but I'd like to oekaki too. For sprites it is the mouse for me.

I also found that putting paper on the tablet helps create traction making It less slippery and more pencil like

That's a really interesting idea! I might have to try that at some point...
