GORRAM IT.
« on: March 14, 2010, 03:26:45 PM »
My laptop is borked.  Reboot and BSOD vicious cycle.

I got some sort of nasty trojan in my system, something called Crytpic.AU.  Infected internet explorer and was immune to everything I threw at it.  My only solution left was to uninstall IE, scrub the system and re-install IE.

"Internet Explorer is an integral part of the easy to use and completely logical Windows operating system and can't be removed, dumbass!"  However, I found that you can bump it down to a lower level by uninstalling Windows Service Pack 3.  Did that according to Microsoft's carefully worded guide.  Windows died.   My last external HD backup is from at least a year ago... I'm losing a bunch of stuff.

Okay, so my dad is backing up files right now.  It looks like my losses will be minimal.

However, now part of my English project has failed.  I was doing an informative speech on bread making, and the sample loaf has become... boneless?

EDIT:  Lapotop restored.  That state was from about a year ago, though.  Restoring antivirus stuff, but all of my programs are gone.

You are, Grandy. You are.

Just think about it. You had been cursed. Your whole life had been ruined. But then, it got better. You learned how to lift the curse... But you wanted revenge, didn't you? So you went after the people who you thought that had cursed you. You went after missing first... But I found out about it before it was too late. Fix him or I will kill you right now.

That is purely baseless conjecture!

Show me some solid, definitive evidence of me cursing him!

Well I guess I can't argue with that.

Thats you, cursing him.
And you can't prove that its not you, because everyone knows that all Brazilians are black and all black people look the same.

My system is fine now.
