did 20 miles today as to get fit  as its been some time as i cut open my toes
doing the full walk in july  nice sea side walk then in to towns so it looks like it be fun
all the kids asked me to come in to the school at the end of the walk
one made me cry lost his leg to a illnes when he got hit by a car poor kid
thank god my adam not like that and he loves the kid like he is his little brother
its kids like that you what to do it  have to get some sleep i get you all a update
when i get half way what be the 30 miles that the sea side walk then the 20 is in the towns
