All of this reminds me of a commercial for Modern Marvels where they siad something about ham flavored soda.
Jones makes awesome sodas, some of which have peculiar flavors.

I personally think nothing can get better than an artisan-cheese-bread French Dip with chicken.

Spaghetti sandwich. It's naturally delicious.

I'm not alone anymore.

Well, yeah, but aren't we some sort of crazy gender-swapped clones of each other?

as one who has been trained in the ancient arts of the culinary variety (trained chef) I have to say that the majority of this thread is an abomination....exc ept for the asiago roll stuffed with Roastbeef and meunster...that sounds like it has some potential.

I have a signature sandwich though. I shall share it

You get some chicken thighs. Get rid of the bones and skin. Marinate that **** in some hoisin sauce, and almond butter (PB works well too). A bit of molasses or additional sugar, as well as vinegar should be added too. The sugar for caramelization and the vinegar to thin the sauce, and tenderize the meat.

BBQ/Grill that ****

Get a baguette or french roll, cut the ****er open

Get some carrots, and shred them in a cheese grater.

Put some mayo on the bread, and then throw down some now crispy chicken thighs on there.
Put the shredded carrots on top, along with some cilantro leaves and possibly chillies. Pour a bunch more hoisin sauce on top, so its messy.
Eat it.

Its loosely a veitnameese sub, and I have a more authentic recipie I use for when Im not just making it for myself. But its good.

Or just good old pulled pork sammiches work too, but I live with a muslim dude and Id feel bad if I made a tasty pork dinner that he couldnt eat any of.

I would personally debate that a roll with meat and cheese in it is just a bread bowl without the soup, but whatever.
It is quite yummy though.
Especially if you throw in some spices.

I'm going to have to try that sub, after I find some hoisin sauce.
It sounds rather delicious.

Also, as a side note, is there anything you can't do, Gem?
It sounds like you're rather multi-talented.

I like this talk of food. I've been getting into Gordon Ramsay lately. The F Word, Hell's Kitchen, and Kitchen Nightmares. XD Especially The F Word. Cause he makes tasty effing food. Or so it would appear.

I have neither the time nor the equipment to make anything really that great.

I was just mentioning how great certain things can be when you throw them all in a sandwich, basically on a budget of 50$ or less.

It's not great culinary-wise, but damn, it sure tastes good. And that's what really matters right?

If you're making $50 sandwiches, you've fucked up pretty big.

Strangely so have I.

What sucks is I have to drive like almost 2 hours away to a Vegan store for food.
That **** is expensive too I rarely drive their because 2 hours for incredibly crazy expensive food is insane but, I do love
Vegan muffins.

Eat more regular food. It's cheaper and delicious, if not as healthy. But you can always counteract the health effects.
