Questions on origins of certain midis in resources.

I found a song submitted by Atomic_Lugia called, Lillia's Song. Google finds no info ( I get many different songs of the same name) if it was ripped but it sounds too good to be composed by someone who posted only one song to resources.

The resource info says,

The German above translates to: (God bless Google Translate)
The sweet song of Lilia. Ideal for sweet RPGs.

Just by the text alone the supposed author or ripper is female.

What I want to know was it a rip or an original composition as I plan to one of these days to make a game with only original work from Charas.
