Naw, it was very recent when they did the statistics cause i said "i thought Australia was" and my man Vinnie was like... "Naw brah, it has recently become Mexico." and the Taylor was like "It's all of them tacos" blah blah blah "where'd Leon go?  He never says goodbye!" " we think he might have a mental disability or he's just shy" "oh word?" and that was the conversation basically

It's a matter of acclimation. When your immune system is adjusted to the bacteria of the area, your body processes it normally. That's why people get sick while abroad; their immune systems aren't comfortable with bacteria that is considered "normal" in the area despite being, well, foreign in the traveller's home land.
