Legend of Theia [RM2k3]

Hey folks,
Legend of Theia is a game, that I already finished and I'm also already half through with translating it to english (the game itself is in german). Since the germans seem not to be liking it, I wonder, if anyone would even play it, if I put in the effort of translating it and also making a lot of bonus features (calling it "Final Mix" in the end). So let me just show you, what it is about:
The features of Legend of Theia (Original):
A selfmade battlesystem, including a random battle script with a "Battleclock system", allowing the player to react within a certain amount of time, to either cancel the battle or immediately start the battle. Also battles can be reset at any time, there is no real game over, since you always can restart the battle (you can also escape from random battles at any time for no cost)
A selfmade menu, that includes an own character development system called the "Genesis" -grid, an inventory screen, you can set up your ability set for battle and many more features.
Like I mentioned before: a selfmade character development system, use GP (gained by winning battles or finishing quests...) to light up stars in your genesis grid, each star will provide you with a power up (HP+, STR+, MAG+ or new abilities)
A selfmade database, which allows the characters to have up to 99.999 HP, 9.999 STR/MAG also damage can be inflicted up to 99.999 HP
A weaponsystem, you can upgrade weapons and by that learn new personal skills (several passive abilities (like summon boost), as well as power ups (for example HP+)
3 different modes: Easy, Normal, Hard (I guess that needs no further explanation)
On a fieldmap, you can press the "shift" key, to call another menu, the so called "PP-Menu", that allows you, to use Power-up potions, before entering a battle. These potions will provide you with several opportunities for the next battle, like filling "AP" or "Fury" gauges or casting protect spells (depending on the potion, you drink)
A selfmade cardgame in the casino, a little bit similar to black jack, a good way to earn money, if you like gambling.
You can buy a mansion and furniture, get your own blacksmith for upgrading and ore refinement and get an own alchemist, who can create items for you, that could not be crafted by other alchemists. Depending on the furniture, you bought, throughout the game, some of your friends might move in...
A secret ending, which can be unlocked, by finishing the hardmode
A New Game plus function, allowing you to keep Items, personal skills, weapon upgrades and some more stuff for a new game (making hard mode way more easy in a new game plus, you can change the difficulty setting after starting a new game plus)
So now the english version would provide further development and new features like:
A bonuslevel system, which allows you to further develop your characters, bonuslevels will be gained throughout the game and also by finishing quests. The amount of bonus-stats is depending on the mode, you play, the harder the game, the more power ups you can earn by collecting bonus levels. (already completely implemented)
A new game-mode: Critical mode which includes more quests, additional bosses in 2 new dungeons and the coliseum. Monsters and bosses will be overpowered, BUT your own characters will get a decent power up as well, damage can now be inflicted up to 999.999 HP for several abilities of your characters, also they will learn new personal skills in critical mode, that allow your characters to be just as OP as your opponents. Critical mode can only be unlocked, by starting a new game plus, after completing the game in normal/hard mode once. It requires watching the secret ending at least one time. (already partly implemented)
The secret ending can now also be seen after finishing the Normal mode, you just have to finish a 100% game in normal mode to watch the secret ending.
Casino Minigame: Roulette has been implemented already, if you like gambling...
Minigame Fishing: After playing halfway through chapter 8, you can get started for this game, allowing you to catch fish and sell it or do something else (I'm not gonna spoil now) with it. you can also catch a potion or a shoe... if you're unlucky... (implemented already)
New scenes throughout the game, explaining the background of story further...
A ps3-like trophy system, and a new room in your mansion (If you bought it), you can look at your trophies in the new room of the mansion (planned)
Enemy HP-gauges in battle are now green and no longer blue
Opening and closing the main menu screen will now be faster and more fluent
Some music themes have been changed
Now I bet, you would like some screenshots, right? I'll first show you the original ones...
Battle system (German version)
The battleclock
The Menu
The cardgame
Now let's see some "Final Mix" screens (I changed a lot of stuff)
Translated battlesystem
English Battleclock
The Genesis grid
The "Final Mix" Menuscreen
"Power Potion" menu
Roulette...
The game also has a story (of course):
Alexander (Alex) Treys, an archeologist from the state Mylus, Annika (Annie) Wrightfield, a geologist from the Dwyte Empire and the magicprofessor Ivan Leonus Heodaris, who is also from Mylus, are called to an excavation site in an old Mine under Mylus-City. After trying to excavate an old fossil, which suddenly comes to life again, the situation goes haywire and our heroes end up being enemies of the state of Mylus. Not only that, they are drawn into a timegate, soon to find out the truth about the world "Rodinia", they live in... The end of the world is closer than you think, are you able to stop the annihilation of Rodinia?
Travel through time and find out the truth, fullfill a lot of optional missions and save the world...
Some more screenshots...

So if you want to test it, I can offer you the german version (complete / You may not understand it though...) or I can also offer the english Final Mix Tutorial Demo.
Download German (complete)
Download Final Mix Tutorial (english)
So what do you guys think? is it worth the effort of translating completely? The germans seem not to like it so I wonder what the english community thinks...
I planned on translating it after I was already halfway done with the game (took me almost 4 years to make it), so that's why I first released it in german, resulting in a lot of bonus features for an upcoming english version.
If I would translate it, the announcement of the complete "Final Mix" release would be halloween this year, I would, of course, also post a "Final Mix" Demo long before that (in english of course for you guys to get to know the gameplay). I would really be happy, if someone would tell me their opinion, because if nobody would want to play it, the work of translating would be a waste of time. Thank you in advance for reading and maybe giving me some feedback ^^.
By the way, if you have any questions, please always feel free to ask me, I also would be happy about any feedback.

Besides the use of the RTP heroes this looks really impressive. I do not feel that my german is proficient enough for a full game though and I might miss out. Keep us updated about that English version

the translation is already far enought, for me to be alble to create a demo within around 2 days, I think I will do that.
About the graphics... I am not sooo good with that, I'm more of a script person and I asked a lot of friends for help, since I do not really want to use ripped charsets and chipsets, but I endet up having to use open source stuff like RTP and refmap and all that, so I hope that doesn't take out the fun ^^
as for the demo, I could easily make a small techdemo within a short amount of time, as said before, I will do it, so it's at least playable for testing purpose ^^

German Chrono Trigger? Awwww! If only I knew more German. James, Laderhosen and Guttentag are about my only words though.
When you translate it I'd love to play. Looks really tubular!

Don't worry, I'm still working on it, as promised I made a small demo, so you can test the battlesystem and some other stuff as well. It's just a small tutorial, but already completely translated.
If you want to test it, here goes:
Download here!
I also put the downloadlink in the first post, so nobody can miss it.
I hope everyone has fun with it, the complete translated version will be ready on october 31, 2015.
If anyone else is interested, the translation is progressing:
Interface (pictures etc) - 100% translated
System - 50% translated
Story - 30% translated
Quests, Minigames, etc - 40% translated

a small update on the situation:
Due to the release of the "new" official RPG maker, Legend of Theia "Final Mix" will only be running with the new, english RTP and not with the old one. Furthermore I keep translating, soon done with the 3rd chapter (of ten).

Hello everyone,
I'm continuing with my translation and am almost done with 7 chapters of the game and a lot of improvement has already been done as well.
I might need someone (preferably someone who speaks proper english) to test the game and the translation, soon. Is anyone interested in testing? The game is quite long, but there is also a little time left for testing, so i'm not in a hurry. (so I mean the full version, not a demo ^^)
If anyone is interested, please let me know^^
