Complete resources firing

THE ORIGINAL MAIL

In the charsets, the set http://charas-project.net/resources/Charasets/8095_1085423365.PNG was stolen from my site, the guy only changed the credits., and the http://charas-project.net/resources/Charasets/4656_1069104725.png has removed credits, as well the chars http://charas-project.net/resources/Charasets/7768_1083530741.png , http://charas-project.net/resources/Charasets/5500_1074921074.png , http://charas-project.net/resources/Charasets/3179_1062616876.png are without credit

And the following battle animation were also stolen: http://charas-project.net/resources/Battle_animations/5858_1080738807_small.png

I´m not asking to you remove the sets (except for the stolen ones), but give me proper credits. I had a site from February 2nd, 2002 to September 29th, 2003 ( www.fantasyrpgmaker.hpg.ig.com.br ) and a new after this server gets mad since October 27th, 2003 until today ( http://www.aloofhosting.com/frpgmaker/ ), everything done by myself, alone, except the other´s contributions, but they are credited and they send it to me. I got an horrible bad feeling when I saw my work stolen in your site, I´m even considering stopping have a site and removing all the content on the internet. Everything I ask is a ´By MRP´ on the Author and a link to my site in Description.
In the new site, if you want to see when I uploaded them, it´s just to see the charset entries... Also there are some original monster edits that I´ve none, but stolen again, and I don´t feel like searching from it again, I feel sick only imagining how much of my work might be in your site and without the proper credits....

I cannot say how much this hurts me...
You know, charas essentially is the generator, complete resources section was made just to share something more.
What i asked my users was to be honest: as you may know, in the "share your resources" page there is this alert:

DON'T SHARE RESOURCES NOT MADE BY YOU WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF THE ORIGINAL AUTHOR AND WITHOUT CREDITING HIM IN THE DESCRIPTION!!!
If you'll do it, you'll be listed in a "resources thieves" page and you'll risk a ban.

But seems this is not enough...
I receive every day mails like yours and, as the Admin, i'm so sad some my users behave this way.

Fortunatly not everyone: i apologize with original and honest makers, but i really can't face the stupidity of those few thieves.

Probably it's time to make charas return what it really is, so i have to take a strong decision: the complete resources section are fired.

Again, i'm sorry for all of the honest users, but i absolutely don't want to waste my life in fixing damages made by stupid ppls who steal or share uncredited resources.

To those users:
did you think you was doing something clever?
did you think no one would ever discover you?
Well, this is what you gained: that section is DIE.

Again, i apologize with trustable users and with complete resources "victims" as the author of the original mail.

I don't know how (i cannot check the whole net alone), but i'll look for a solution.

NOOOO i just found this site too, it was badass.  Maybe somehow u can like see if the char set or whatever is someone elses before you actually post it in the site, i dunno if thats what you already do but i dunno, its tough.

i know what we could probably do
if we do it like this...; We send a recouce to Alex via E-mail.
if he likes it he can ask where does the edit or whatever come from and such BEFORE he puts it on the recource section.
if it's a stolen one Alex don't puts um on tha site but just throws um away...as for the people with a awnser like...i've editted it and i asked permission to him/her ,Alex can PM the one who's recource is editted.
and uhm...everybody can only post 5 recources per week so Alex won't get so much over worked:D

it's just an idea from tha Grandest of Grand, Tha Grand_PiNpON!

and if Alex doesn't want my idea...i hope the peeps who stole them recources would just burn in HELL or some other places where it is really hot >:

Yeah that does suck. I just downloaded a few chipsets yesterday. I make most of my own resources now, so it won't effect me as much as it affects others. But it still sucks.
