How's this sound for a game plot?

I've been working on this for a while, but I've basically gotten the main things stamped out (btw, this game is going to be 600 million times better than the first one I made, I didn't even know how to use switches then lol).

The game starts out with the main character being on the evil side, of an organization called Team Terror.  Though you don't see much in the beginning, the place seems nice, but later in the game you're to learn what they're doing, why, how, and everything else.  Basically it's a get revenge thing, but not exactally.... ummmm... Well the main character was brainwashed once, then KOed and thrown into a fountain (a deep one btw).  Because he was with the other main character, Kamon (Cay-min) he learns that Team Terror was destroying the continent in their own twisted way (I.E. using mutants to over-run the continent).  

I'm TRYING to stay away from other story-lines, and because that I didn't have Charas for a while, I don't have alot of Charas related thing...

If you were to play it, up to the part about Pokemon, you all will hate it if you're a Pokemon hater, BUT it's not about Pokemon, well sorta; it still isn't.  It's about saving a continent from an evil org. terrorizing a continent (not the islands).

Because I only have 3 playable characters, I have 6 secret characters.  They're all hard to find, some of them you won't expect, and some won't join if you had another secret character join that the one doesn't like  (ex, dog hates cat and cat hates dog)

So far so good. IT kinda reminds me of the movie Total Recall.

Hmm I hate pokemon, but why would I hate your game because of it? Is there a pokemon related thingy in it?

Some things are Pokemon related, monsters are a big one (because I got a whole monster sheet of'm)
