My New Game

[Ruler of the Dark]

I am making a new game in rm2k3.
I don't want it to be too cliche, so can you guys tell me if it's taking a turn for the worst? I am using all the characters (and more) from my previous game and I might even still call it Dark World. I'll start with the characters...

Name: Xavier
Gender: Male
Age: 19
Weapon: Sword
Special Skills: Steal, Sword Tech

The main character in Dark World(?). He was kidnapped from his village when he was 5 and was then trained in the ways of evil by the Dark Lord. The only way to bring him back to the ways of good is for family blood to touch...



Name: Alisa
Gender: Female
Age: 18
Weapon: Magic Dust
Special Skills: White Magic, Summon

Alisa is a White Mage who has a peculiar weapon, dust. She is laughed at by many but she soon proves them wrong. With her capabilities she may be the strongest member of the team...



Name: Eric
Gender: Male
Age: 18
Weapon: Iron Knuckles, etc...
Special Skills: Black Magic, Focus

Born a street fighter and a genious in Black Magic, Eric is a vital companion in battle. He is told by his elders he has  much potential but he still likes to do things his way.



Name: Von
Gender: Male
Age: 20
Weapon: Bow/Arrows
Special Skills: Bow Techs, Jump

A warrior at heart, Von joins up with the group while they are trying to help stop the Filinean War. He is a mysterious figure.

Gender: Female
Age: 17
Weapon: Martial Arts Stuff
Special Skills: Punch, Defend

Xavier's Sister. She is the only other member of their family still alive. She trains with martial art masters and learns of ways so she can be reunited with her brother.

Storyline
13 years ago, the Dark Lord sent a small attack to the village, Erachan. Their purpose was to kidnap a small boy, as well as destroying the whole village to get him. Unbeknownest to them though, a small girl is hiding and escapes their tortures. This girl is the sister (younger) of the kidnapped boy, she is named Katrina, the boy, Xavier. Meanwhile, Xavier is magically possesed by the Dark Lord and becomes the strongest of the Dark Lord's army of evil. The only way for Katrina to bring back her brother is for their spilt blood to merge...
