My attempt at something...

They are characters from a comic called A Modest Destiny. All (well the ones I made) may need editing. Red Giant made the 3rd guy along and I edited his face so he wasn't grinning. The ninja guy needs changing lots, the others have the bodies stolen and re-coloured... What do y'all think?

Thanks. I just can't get the ninja's head right though. Looks like the hood or whatever you call it went stale or something...

well, what you want to do, is try and make it look like a hood with shading.
