Contrary to common belief, I do not actually hate gu smilies.
Like all smilies, they are there to express emotions. If you really do feel mad, I don't mind the whole shooting thing.
What I hate is when people use them because they look cool. THAT'S annoying.
But I don't think they should be deleted.

Perhaps a new rule should be added that says something like "Use smilies in moderation".

Ugh, my lord. Smileys are made to express yourself, that's like saying ''ah, let's ban singing, or wait better! Let's ban anything that says things like ''Love, like, you, ect...'' hey, thats a ghost Smiley, one that I made, and I think it makes just as much sence as the pumpkin.  and thats a glass of beer and one is the smiley with a black eye, the smileys arnt hurting anyone, they take up no bandwidth and who cares who posts them. like I said before, Smilies are no big issue and dont need their thread complaining about them.
