Hmm. Given that I've seen this type of error a lot, I didn't see the humor aspect. The lack of star context made it even harder to get.

If done at a better time, that could have been epic, so points for effort if not for execution.

I think I spend too much time evaluating jokes, puns, and timing. Then again, the amount of those that I slip into my posts should make that obvious, huh? I need a life, and a job.

It's a pretty lousy joke, I think. They seem to have just plucked that little fellow out of thin air and said "Hey, you know what sounds plausible? Vince is responsible!", and everyone just went with it.
