I would but I have a lot of work to do now that Im working on making all custom rmxp grx for my game. I can give you a few tips however to do it yourself.
Open the charset you want to be edited in MS paint (or another simular program) Zoom into around 800%. If its your first time editing a character, you probably should start with easier poses that you won't have to make much stuff on your own. For example, if you want the waving pose, instead of deleting the arm you want to be waving, copy it, rotate it so its facing up, and put it back on the guy.
Another thing that will help a ton is that if you use the "draw opaque" option, what this dose is that when you move or paste something, the transparent color wont be included in the paste. I wont bother explaining in what cases you use this for, but it should be easy to see. To turn the draw opaque option on, go to the option "select", then two little boxes apear at about the middle of the left side of the screen. Click on the bottom box.
I hoped that helped you! If you have any questions, feel free to ask

Hell Yeah! Just recovered all my old rm2k/3 games from my 10 year old, broken laptop hard drive that had been formatted and had a new OS installed on it. Oh, and I did all of this from my phone. WIN
