Blank image?

After I've made eight characters using the online generator, I go to make an eight-chara charset, and the image shows up in the window just fine. The problem is, when I try to use 'Save Image As..." to put it on my hard drive, all I get is a blank picture. As in, the file is there, but it's all white. I've tried saving as both .png and .bmp. Any help would be appreciated. ^_^
