Monster Hunter is your job, swords are your weapons. In the world of Gaia, it is not strange to met with na hunter in the street, there are much more hunters than monsters- this is a fact- and the hunters are starting to dont have what to eat.
This change when 5 hunter are found dead in the forest called Ustormyer, never a monster could kill 5 hunters in a row.
And more hunters are found killed, more monsters start to appear, and more powerful than before. Some of then was so powerful that started to attack the city (monsters never get too close to the city, they’re normly afraid). And a reward will be give to who defeat him, and is there were the main hero (he dont have a name, I’ll try to put that You-Name-It thing) enter.
You’ll have to destroy the monsters and find out why they’re growing in number and power.


Well... thats it! What you guys think?

Oh, yeah, I’m thinking about put charas in it, but not as heros, just... you know, NPCs, the guy who randomly walks in the street, talking random things... And you can choose what you’ll be (‘cause I really dont have idea to where put you)

And I thinking about change the name, but cant think about anything...

 Charas already in the game:
 White Dwarf - A "orcial tope person", give info IF you pay.
 Red Giant - First boss, and the monster who kill the first five hunters.
 Xen - A statue
 Drace - The heroic and brave guy who everyone says "What a guy" (Not hero, just someone really cool (he gave the idea))
 Snake Eater - One of the five killed by Red.
 Drenrin - A shoe polisher, he makes your shoe clean for 1 gil! :D
 Araloth - Something like "Big Joe" from Xenogears
 Moosetroop11 - A merchant
 Ace of Spades - Random NPC who says that he can forge itens, but can forge only spoons and forks (he'll do some more things after a quest)
 raver 50 - A robot-save point, that also can sell itens.
 Nandez - A egotistical wandering fighter who seems to hate the main character for no reason what so ever.
 Bart_Fatima - A desert pirate leader
 Razor - He'll be the "wolfguy who stands behind the counter, insulting people and telling them to buy my low quality beer for incredibly high prices!"

 (BTW, can someone make a Red Giant-like monster, for RPG Maker 2k3?)

I so want to be in! I'll be some random guy who get attacked by Red giant and then he eats me.....That would be awesome!

I like the story idea... pretty orig.

PS: I'd like to be in the game! I want to be... ...
a shoe polisher! Y'know... the guy that runs after your character, "I'll polish your shoes for a quarter!"

 Snake Eater- Great, just, do you mind if he dont eat you? 'Cause in the original plot they found the body
 Drenrin- Pretty original, okay, but 1 gil instead of one quarter. :D

 I dont see why its not possible, carry the itens... it'll be the same thing as a bag, but it talks and move, and changing in itens... maybe... something more futuristic, like a shotgun, or a light saber, it would look kool
