Whenever someone updates their sig, any images (and, I imagine, other HTML tags with quotes in them) in their title are cut off. Moose Hungry keeps dissappearing on me :(

I've noticed this... things with "=" in them are cut off after the =, and
is cut out of sigs.

To solve the image problem, don't use quotations (") before and after URLs.
