"The Fortold Conquest: A Seekers Story"

StoryLine:
  When the world was young there were two major powers, the Soul Seekers and the Umbra. The Soul Seekers were peaceful people who learned to harness the powers of the very souls of living things around them.The Umbra were known as the "devourers of souls", they would consume the souls of anything, including the Soul Seekers and then enslave them.
    As the Soul Seekers were becoming outnumbered a great war was started between the two great powers. The bloodshed of the great battle stretched on for years until the very last and most powerful Umbra was vanquished and then locked away, sealed, never to roam the world again. Certain Scrolls were prepared to seal the Umbra but later were sealed them selves in very vast very distant areas.
    Now that the Umbra are gone very few Soul Seekers remain to protect the world from their treacherous ways and ideals, yet every few hundred years one is born to keep the world safe from these demons. This one soul seeker is the only one standing in the way of the Umbra and the total corruption of the world and its inhabitants.


SOUL SEEKER- A person who is able to grasp the power of a soul/spirit in a certain sometimes physical manner, whether it be energy around a fist or morphed into a weapon. They also have the ability to "fuse" with a soul and change into a sort of demi or half soul like creature. they become "enchanted" lets say by the souls power and are granted new powers. In this form they are also much stronger, they have new techniques, and even there very appearance changes. A soul seeker is a very rare discovery...about 1 in 350,000,000 people are born a soul seeker. Also some are born one and dont even know they are, they lay dormant and there powers are never awoken. Unless its awoken then its different......


**The game consists of 4 questions in the beginning of the game to choose which main character you will become. There are 5 different Main Characters in my game(each with a transformation) along with other characters, different for each main character.**

Main Characters:

-Geo- A born soul seeker who uses souls as weapons in melee combat. He is very bright and loves to fight monsters and collect their souls to gain mor strength.He has been absorbing souls for so long he has grown an animal tail from the presence of their spirits and the power they contain. Now he is wishing to fully understand the meaning of being a true soul seeker and to find out his true destiny as one.

Weapon: Soul


-Bills- A high class knight who guards the king and wishes everything to be right and just. He teaches soldiers how to defend themselves against a real threat in battle and he has guarded the king his whole life, since he was taken in by his highness. Bills never knew his real family because they were killed by evil beings when he was just a baby while the kings army was fighting them.

-Adama- A wanderer, whos father was a well known thief who was executed by the king for trying to steal the crown. Now, roaming the vast plains, Adama takes any job for money and with his hatred for all royalty hopes one day he can meet the king who killed his father face to face.

Hieght: 5'11
Class: Wanderer
Weapon: Bo Staff


-Gravin- A young warrior with an unknown past who is looking for answers. He lives in a village with his adoptive parents and does not know of his real family until he discovers the truth behind his heritage.
Element-Holy
Age: 19
Hieght: 6'0
Class: Guardian
Weapon: Giant Sword


-Alex- A dark knight who was taken from his family as a child and forced to learn the ways of the fiends. Growing up he always questioned himself and who he really was or is. Not really knowing right from wrong all the time he travels and blindly obeys his "fathers" orders.
Element-Dark
Age: 21
Hieght: 6'3
Class: Fiend Master
Weapon: Dual Swords



There are many other characters(still in process) along with secret characters also. Im also thinking of putting a sort or animal breeding/fusing system but it would be alot of animals and battle characters and i would need facesets so im still debating.

I have no really custom menu or battle system because this is my 1st game. I would like to do those in my next game though.

My characters are all sprite sized battle characters which i make myself, some poses are done by other people like xJericho helped my alot with Geo.

My game also features a sprint shoe idea where when you press esc you bring up a choice of either Main menu Save menu or Take off shoes (got this from tutorials but added the shoes)

Thanks guys....like i said before if you guys got any ideas for characters tell me i mostly need character classes titles and what they look like, i have names.

This game is on my must-play list! Looks really nice from what I can see. The maps are really good and the story is interresting too! This makes many questions pop into my head but I'd rather wait until I get to play the game and find the answers
