Really I'ld like some help...

My current project (for all you guys who are bored...) is a complex tale about Ruith , a young soldier who has found out about his leader's plans to attack magic at it's source to gain near infinate life and power.


PS: Any help would be nice...(Right now I need music, events, and maybe a spriter...)

First of all, welcome to the boards. :hi:

Well, there's not much I can say given the small amount of information you have posted.  You said your game is complex, tell us about it if you have time and maybe we can help then. On a side note, you may want to lay off the gun smilies.  Though, I don't often mind them, it can get on the community's nerves.

1. Lay off the gun smilies.

Actually, its in the rules that gun smilies can be used to emphasize meanings. The gun smilie let me know the character's a gun-shooting type soldier. So you're good.

2) More info huh, barnsalot? Well the plot isn't A+ to me but w/e...

It starts out simple Ruith the star finds out that his familly has a certain "agreement" with the goverment (no major spoilers for those not joining up...) 5 years before the real story starts...

Preseant day: Ruith and his familly is just about to start dinner when his best freind (No Name yet...) :P runs in and tells Ruith that goverment soldiers are in town demanding to see his father and mother... (typcal soldiers, kill and murder the townspeople)... they reach Ruith's house after a cutscene of the soldiers killing the town...
the brash little jerk Ruith attacks the soldiers in defense(impossable battle [HP like 9999 attack like 500 {Ruith=Lv.1}]) Ruith of course loses. He wakes up the next day to see his parents murdered and his father's sword taken... wanting revenge he rushes towards the capital... :guns:

you should make ruith encounter (later in your game) the person responsible for his parents death, and make that person his brother or something like that.

ill bring you more ideas once you tell more about the story
