The problem is that Charas was just an experiment, and was not developed to be scalable in any way.
In other words, it has no chance of working in a different server enviorment than this.
The new Charas2 (work in progress) will be able to, but it's too early now.

So no, sources are not available just because they're unuseful out of here.
