 I understand what you're saying, I was just doing cards, not really for a game, you know.
 And I really can't say when its overpowered or not, I mean, Lord Raffles really made a !$#@&%#$$$@!%$#&&$**¨&7 when he was here, so I made him kinda like... powerful.
 And it makes sense GhostClow can destroy targets spam, because he actually do this all the time. Only the cards with random abilities don't make much sense.

 I remade Weerd Thing's Card, just addead an BG and fixed some problems with size and stuff.

The activation cost for the Chocobo's ability should be higher since chocobos can easily be spammed on the field...like goblins.

I think the mana cost for Call of the Kaiser should be higher. Otherwise they'll be all over the place and it'll be utter carnage.

My thought exactly and maybe there should be something like you cannot use this ability more than once every turn because...well that card could attain gigantic power and kill a player with one shot, lol

Yup.

Although, Call of the Kaiser costs 2 mana and you can put it in your hand. It's still costing 8 mana to actually play the thing.

Even saying that, 8 fire mana is harder to get than 3 fire mana and any other 5.

But what do you mean by an "Ultimate Legend"?

What I mean is that Magic The Gathering's expansions are usually one big story. Each new set contains one 'Super Legend'(Gerrard, Barin, Alexis, Orim, Mirri and so on) so I thought that our expansion should have some too?
