There's only one resource I need at the minute. And hell, it's a doozy. Could anyone please PM me a link to a place where I can get a free .TTF of MS Mincho? I know, I've tried all the supposedly foolproof things to fix the font, but they don't work. I looked in my Fonts folder for Rm2K3, and it says both the fonts there are .TTC. I have no fricking idea what .TTC is.

Please, someone help.

Bidello uploaded a Teletubbies faceset. I need to do some face-bashing, or I will never be happy again.

Anyway, considering that MS Mincho is an 8MB file even though it's just one font, I'd better play safe and stick with MS Gothic.

I have no screenshots, and it's too hot to do anything else on the demo at the minute. Meh.

Anyway, just to update that my immense laziness is being a cow. I don't have much to do, so I'll go and work on my systems.

Sorry for yet another useless post, but I have something to say.

I've been taking a little break from the game 'cos of a lot on at school. But I think I'm now ready to continue. The demo will be ready shortly after I get working on it. Which means, if anyone has some tips, suggestions, or comments, you must speak now, or forever shut yer trap.

I still need:

 - A battle theme.

 - A good battle animation for a Holy spell.

 - (Optional) A charset of an old lady sweeping with a broom.

Here's a little breakdown.

What I've done this weekend.

 - Make a map of a snack bar that will do crap all except act as a hotel.

 - Get my Dwarf Town MIDI fixed. Thanks Weerd!

What I have left to do.

 - Do the cutscene right before the demo ends.

 - Fumigate all the Bugs.

I'd just like to tell you that as far as I can see, the demo is pretty much ready. I'm not going to do a big thorough bug test, since

a) I won't find all the bugs, because I know where I should go, but people who play the game won't (If that made sense).

b) There are inevitably going to be bugs anyway.

But, as we stand, I'm fairly happy with it. When it's done, feel free to review it, and then report any bugs you find. I'd like to know all of them.

So, I'll do one last look at my maps to check I've done everything, and then it's onward...
