Can someone tell me how to make a limit break like in FFVII?

So ummm well you know FFVII they have a limit break right is there a possible way we can make a limit break like FFVII?
I think we use variable again...right~^_^

There are PLENTY of tutorials out there. Just look at GamingW, then delete your other topic. You don't need two.
