They come with the RTP addon, and not everybody has it.

I made a request earlier. It wasn't finished before it got closed. So I made a new topic. Can I get charsets for Elec Man, Cut Man,  Ice Man, Guts Man, Fire Man, Bomb Man, Proto Man, and maybe some new ones of Mega Man and Bass. And could I also get some chipsets to match the MegaMan levels too. Thanks in advance.
