Regardless of the fact that that isn't a battlecharset, I think you have some problems with the first two rows...  The both have two poses, one on top of the other.

Those look like they're from Tales of the World, am I right?

This isn't the place for this anyways. You didn't make this, and you didn't even make it right.

Sheets like this go in the Resources section, and it's best if you animate it first.

And lastly, I believe that's Leon Magus or something, and someone has already done the animation sheet for him.
