Request make a charset

hi, please could a skilled spriter give up some of there time and make a charset for me?,
here are the specs i want:
Style = Treasure of the rudras (rudra no hihou) or simmular

Sorry i only have the face but ill describe the rest:

.Hair colour: White
.Body:a kind of cloak or long jacket down to knees but unzipped with black shirt underneath, brown leathery colour jacket.
.Black gloves
.Black boots

hmm, wasnt really thinking it would look like that, could you possibly do it with a black coat/jacket, with grey trousers/pants, and possibly try to make the hair look better, if you cant do the hair ill get someone else to or ill try myself, thanks

man i got the hair figured out all wrong....
that side view hair you did pretty much helped...
ill get right on your request although i think its too much black....

EDIT: it got out pretty cool with the clothing....
i managed to deal with the "face down hair" but i couldn't do it
"face up"
u can either show me an image or do it urself.
Still i hope u like =D
