I cant open the game

Im having a real problem here. Yesterday i moved my entire folder with rm2k3 in it and all the stuff, from there nothing workee and everyting got fricked up. it wouldnt even let me delete stuff afetr i fianly fixed it and deleted it i reinstalled the game and rtp. today i played and downloaded some stuff it was working fine now when i try to turn it on it says my rtp is not installed or registered but i just installed it please help!
i have already reinstaled it is it possible it might just not work on my comp at all?

Yeah, once you move your RM2K3 folder, it screws everything up. Uninstall the RM2K3 program and RTP, and reinstall everything. Also, if you're trying to install RM2K, make sure to install that before 2K3.

When you run the setup it compiles everthing to the folder you specify but you can still copy all your graphics & projects over, they should be fine.
