shooter maker program

Does anyone know about a shooting game (like halo or sigma star, I don't care which type, I'm just bored ATM with rpg's.) THAT ISN'T IN JAPANESE. (so shooter maker 95 is out of the question.)

There was a 3d-editing program I got my hands on once a LONG time ago that had tutorials showing you how to make an FPS with the program... I really wish I could remember what it was because it was a very intuitive program...
