Search the complete resources for a battlechar template.
Open the template with Paint or any other picture editing programs that works on a pxel-level.
Add hair, clothing and so on.
Save it as a 256c BMP.
Import it into the project.
Go to the "Animations 2" tab in the database.
Create a new file.
Add the battlechar poses where poses are needed.
Go to the hero tab.
Choose the desired hero.
Change to the new battlechar.

That's a little harsh man. Besides Bots rarley post in requests. Look dude I think InsaneJP or sombody
might have made a tutorial on this. if not consult the in game help section.
