Zeigue, when you import sets, the program takes them in 'blocks'. With charasets, they're 24x32 pixels. With chipsets, they're 16x16. With battleanimations - like the one you're using/making - they're 48x48.
When I'm making resources, I find it helpful to set up a grid that I use to make sure the 'blocks' don't cross into one another. That's what's happened here - the program doesn't realize that you want each sprite in it's own 'block', it just makes them in 48x48 pixels.
Understand?

Actually, for Battle Animations, the blocks are 96 X 96.
