If you don't fully understand variables, pictures, conditional branches and key inputs, then you probably shouldn't be thinking of making a CMS in the first place.

You can make a map-based CMS with virtually no skill. Heck, I can make one.

The basic idea is that you set up a map that looks like a menu, and change the hero to a pointer or something.

Yeah I use that too it's extremely simple really, the hard thing is to make your skill system (It makes no sense to make CMS w/o costum skill system.)
