It was sprited by some guy
It was made for an RMXP custom battle system.

I saw that sprite in the Complete Resources. I also saw a set similar to that on another forum (don't remember which) before RMXP was out here, so it was probably made by some Japanese spriter.

I didnt read any of it, I just looked at the pretty pictures.

There some aspects that tells me is ripped. For one the sparkles are adapted to it, since they look very akward. So indeed it could be made by a professional japanese spriter for a game industry or simply .. is from and ripped from a game. It looks a bit advanced for gba; might be ps or nds. As for the game, i dont know but i'd like to know; i like the style.

hrmm....i was planning on using it if there were more like it, but i guess not. ill make a battle animation sheet for it anyway, most likely.
