His hair is too shiny.  It looks like a plate of plastic.  Other than that, not bad.

Well the hair looks like it have been done by ZKX but because of that, the more simple body with less colour and a black...Edges(?)
look out of place, from 5colour hair to a 3 colour body.

There's a pixel art tutorial that is perfect for shading in the tutorial section by InsaneJP, I'm too lazy to look for it, but you can find it somewhere on the first or second, maybe third page.
