Heres my first charset I made. It's an old, silver haired dude. He's gonna be in the intro to my new game, but I want to know first what I can improve upon him.

it looks okay, though his hair could use some thickness and the shirt clothes is lil too boring and could use some color. Other then that it looks okay.

You used JP's Tut eh? Thats a great tut for beginners, but my advice: Don't use the character you create in it in an actual game. The clothes are too generic for anything other than a random NPC. If he's old give him a robe, long hair in the back but bald on top. That type of old man stuff.

He's supposed to be from a desert tribe, so I'll try the robe thing. The hair is kinda blank at the moment, so I'll try change that as well.
