The eyes are too far up and too to the right, they should b more centered.

Am I the only one wondering why one leg is bigger than the other?

I'm 84% sure this isn't my character. Nice set anyway.

I'm guessing it's some weird sort of fancy dancer-type decoration thing.

The larger foot is the wrong foot on the left-facing part. Did you just take the right-facing and flip it?

The dress looks good, the eyes weird, and the hair is ok but could be improved,i would give an 8/10,i know i am not so good making èm,but i know they are hard, but i would recomend using a template for faces to get the eyes ok. good job.

I couldnt help but see if i could help.  There are a few things you could do to make this look better.  Btw i dont exactly know what the the character looks like, so im basing it off of yours. Lets start from the top.
The hair tends too look too flat if you dont go larger then the head itself, when its atleast 1 pixel larger then the head template it gives the hair some volume.
For her face i suggest just using a template base it saves alot of time believe me. lol.
Course for skin tight close add the shading for the breasts which you did, though for her legs you could make then one pixel thinner to give it the dancer legs look.
I hate to sound like a know it all but, ive been told that my charsets are pretty good and im just sharing my thoughts.
