Looks liek a great job, just a shame taht you saved it as a JPEG, if you look closely the file type has been smoothened out and rendered the sprites useless actually.
Because the white in the back is not one colour now, it is many small pixels in different shades.

I don't want to use JEPG butif i don't,I couldn't upload~

Save one as PNG and save another as JPG. That would solve the problem.
