history paper

I have a history paper due friday. My topic is "The federalist pper no.29" which talks about militia. I'm not gonna be blunt, its nearly impossible for me to write four pages about a four page article written in old english.
Luckily i found out that not only are th Antifederalist papers easy to read, they are comprised in an order that contrasts the Federalist (so number 29 is about the same thing s the fderalist)
The main point that ive settled on is comparing the two articles. The antifederalist papers ask questions, and the federalist supposadly answered them.
Well the federalist papers are so hard to understand, so if anyone can find the answers to the questions asked in Anti-Federalist paper number 29(they are somwhere in the hard to read federalist paper number 29) then, well, i wont have to fail the class.

All the best to you.
Can't help you at all with this dun know a thing about American history & the due date et all but my country does have a militia---we call it reservists & national service here in Singapore where we are conscripted into the army at 18 years old for a 2 year training course.
Israel should be interesting as well since Singapore & Israel does show some similiar geograhpical problems like a double minority (should be if I'm not wrong) & Singapore's military was also helped set up by Israel in the early days of our independence. They should also have a militia of some sort there too.
