I need some help

Im using 2k3 and using battle animationg for the battle poses but for some reason when a character gets damage the idle stance doesnt dissapear but it does for everything else anyone know what's happening there?

Have you checked so you have the right animation chosen? And that the battle animation is checked and all that?

yes it does the correct animation but after that it shows another animation that should come up
