Won't open? In what, RPG Maker, Idraw, or what?

I don't use Charas.EX, but it may be the update. Try downloading a previous update and using that.

Well, try using an old update. The updates cause Charas.EX to delete some resources (because of filename change or something).

Okay, your problem is that I erased duplicates in order to save space and stuff. So you may need to have multiple versions on your pc and just use whatever one you wish. But I recommend using the latest version because of content.
